Jerusalem's old City has been listed as a hot-zone as Israel faces one of the world's worst coronavirus outbreaks. The designation means only residents are allowed in or out of the iconic walled city.

Anew wildfire that broke out Sunday in Napa County prompted the evacuation of residents before dawn. The fire is near several wineries and has burned 1.25 square miles. The National Weather Service issued warnings for extreme fire weather conditions for the northern and central areas of the state through Monday.
