Fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces erupted again Sunday over the disputed separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The territory's defense¹ ministry² says at least 16 soldiers and two civilians³ were killed, and more than 100 are wounded. Azerbaijan's president said his military has suffered multiple loses.
