Ten million coronavirus cases have now been recorded worldwide, as countries around the globe continue to battle the deadly disease. Australian authorities are considering locking down individual Melbourne suburbs to prevent a spike¹ in cases from spiralling out of control. The federal government says an outbreak — which saw 90 new cases reported in Melbourne over the weekend — is not indicative of a "second wave" of the disease in Australia, and was to be expected.
